3.) Abatement of a property tax levy - (details removed, as they were somewhat inaccurate)
4.) Designate additional funds regarding a March 18, 2019 ordinance

  • $30,600 for DUATS fund
  • $170,100 from the police capital fund (which is being closed) to the Equipment Replacement fund
  • $3,600 from the Foreign Fire Insurance Fund to pay for fire operations not previously forseen
  • $90,400 to pay for land acquisition for the Brush College transportation project
  • $1,382,000 to pay the dredging contractor, which will be paid ahead of time with cash from the water bond fund

  • $28,800 to purchase the property for the Brush College transportation project. The money will be reimbursed by State of Illinois Jobs Now! grant

6.) Amends an agreement for design services regarding brush college improvement project
7.) Engineering services design agreement with WHKS & Co. for Center Street / Steven's Creek Bridge
8.) Engineering agreement regarding the design agreement above, for the bridge
9.) Watershed Management funding to the Soil & Water Conservation District
10.) Rezoning 1975 E. Pershing Rd. from M-2 Heavy Industrial to M-1 Light Industrial
11.) Amend "Neighborhood Shopping District" zoning ordinance
12.) Rezone 2710 N. Water St from "Single Family" to "Commercial"
13.) Permit to allow a school at 2710 N. Water St.
14.) Rezone 3434 E. Wabash Ave from "Commercial" to "Single Family"
15.) Amend 'Districts & Boundaries: Planned Development' zoning ordinance
16.) Consent Calendar. Annexations, receiving & filing of minutes of boards & commissions, Consulting agreement with Ann L. Schneider & Associates, LLC
